All members of the Pantry Ministry are invited and encouraged to attend. With several of our team members retiring, we must re-group and allocate responsibilities so that the ministry can both continue and grow. The church budget for 2020 has been approved! The Pantry Ministry will now be recognized through our Missions ministry of the church and will help be funded through a percentage of our General Fund giving. Along with regular gifts we receive from our membership, this ministry can remain to be funded sufficiently. The responsibilities of ordering, loading and unloading, sacking, and distributing are also necessary to allocate to committed members of this wonderful ministry.
Bring your own lawn chairs. You can sit in your vehicle or at your vehicle in the chairs you bring. We will have the 2 bathrooms, at the entrance to the Children’s Building, open for your use. We will meet at 9:00am to avoid the expected high temperatures later in the day. At least we will get to see one another as the gradual reopening is underway. We will not be running the buses. Because of this world-wide pandemic we encourage all parent to come and sit with their kids. We must all respect physical distancing of at least 6 feet between individuals or 6-10 feet between family groups who have quarantined together. We do not want to spread this disease.
