The person who follows Christ becomes a new creation, a good workmanship, with good works because of the One who lives within. The Christian’s good works glorify our Father in heaven. Jesus tells all who would follow Him, that these good works, when accompanied by hardship, even persecution, bring great glory to God, and great evidence of the Christian’s identity in Christ.
